Thanks… I’m trying. She’s been good though. I’m lucky I believe. When she hears a timer go off she runs in the kitchen or jumps up on the couch. She knows now that there’s a procedure that she has to go through before she gets food she’s just like… “OK let’s get it over with“ … There is the occasional head shake or ear flicker, don’t get me wrong, lol. For the most part, though she is a cooperative participant when it comes to testing. As far as the shots go, I might as well be petting her. She barely notices or cares. That does remind me, though … I have to shave her again. She looks a little funky with a mohawk on her back, but it’s worth it to make absolutely sure the syringe is in the skin and not the fur. My syringes are super short, which has its upsides and downsides. No matter though it’s all that was available.
My son calls it her butthawk.
