Sorry I haven't posted yesterday or today. I've been really sick with bronchitis. Yesterday I had to babysit my DGS who was also sick with the same thing! The poor kid inherited the weakness for it from me & his dad! At any rate, I got even sicker from taking care of him and just couldn't stay awake today. I've slept all day! I must have fever. I guess I'll have to go ot the dr and get ab's.

Racci's asthma is much better. She hasn't had an attack for the past few days. I think part of the problem was that as I thought, she had a short Flovent that ran out before it should have and I didn't realize she wasn't getting any for who knows how long! After a few days using my inhaler she's doing fine. I just hope her order gets here fast enough because mine is half her strength so she has to take double the amount so it will last half the time! If I have to buy it locally it's over $250 for one, as opposed to $135 or so for 3 overseas! Her order has been placed but takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on whether customs holds it! Luckily it's usually just 2 weeks but have had it take a long time before. nailbite_smile

Have to go test and give meds ;now. will try ot come back.

Melanie, hope you feel better soon! My DS also has something, and I know its just a matter of time for me :cry:

Thanks for the vines. I'm keeping fingers and toes crossed for the Flovent to have no customs or slowdown problems. I can sure use some other speedy thoughts going out too. :smile:

Sorry to hear your DS has it too. I hope you don't catch it. We've all been passing it back and forth for weeks now. It's a good thing I slept all day, Racci had a low pmps-81, so I'll have to be awake at her nadir, about +3.5 or 3:30am.

Thanks. Yes, Racci decided to surf the greens last night and keep me awake. I gave her a regular 3u instead of a fat one when she was so low at her pmps but it didn't make much difference. No rest for the weary. :lol: I'm glad she's feeling better though so it's worth it. I'm about to test again in a few minutes. TTYL.

Thanks so much, Melissa! According to the counter in this one it has about 20 days in it using 4 a day. We may be okay but it could be close, especially since the last few are never good. I know if I don't the order will be late and if I do, it will show up the same day as yours. :lol: I have to start ordering them when I pull out the next to last one so I don't have a panic situation. I've been so distracted lately.
