I ended upping Malcolm's dose to 10.5. My vet wanted to keep him at 10, but he had been at that dose for 7 days, and he wasn't getting very low. I was suggested to go up to 11 on here, but I had already done 10.5 so I figured I'll try that and see how it goes first. He got a few low blue numbers today, so that was great! But I just tested him at +9 and it jumped to 405! Is that bad? It was just such a big jump in two hours. I still have a few more hours until I test his PMPS. I did also start his enalapril today (2.5 mg) and I gave him 1/2 a capsule of Lions Mane for cats to help with the side effects of the solensia shot (it's now been 25 days since the 2nd shot) I haven't started his cabergoline yet.

. That does seem like a big jump in two hours, though 112 is the lowest he's seen yet. It could be a bounce. Did you give him anything (food, meds, supplements) after +7?
