Yesterday...

I was going to give half a unit of R with his +4 meal but decided against it... good thing I didn't give it! I just got his +8 and it's 116! (I retested to be sure and got 124.) Gave 2 tsp LC 5%, checking again at +9.

I'm on call today. At +8, I got a call from the help desk as I was getting up to check his BG. As I was gathering the supplies for the +10, I got a call from my dad who's still in the hospital. He found out he's having a cardiac cath tomorrow but we don't know when yet. Right before +11, I got a call from my sister who had tons of questions. (I used to work on a cardiac progressive care unit.) THANK YOU Chino for not adding to the madness!
