Have you thought about switching to Levemir? Does that much Lantus sting Biscuits? Most kitties have flatter curves with Levemir but the nadir is usually later in the cycle, some caretakers prefer the earlier nadir due to sleep/work schedules. Just a thought seeing how Biscuit is on such a high dose and seems to bounce pretty hard from pink to blue, he needs to know there is a color yellow too!

Thanks, surprisingly enough the Lantus does not bother him at all . I just opened a new bottle so if I switch it wouldn't be till after I finish this as you know it's super expensive. I'll look into it for sure, I'm feeling pretty comfortable with what I'm doing now but if it's better for him I'll do it.
