Tugger is really doing well! I am consistently thrilled with his numbers and he is just really doing well overall =) His fur is so soft now that he's been bathed, though I may have to do it on a monthly basis to maintain till or unless he looses weight and can bathe himself. He's still playful and frisky, still ignoring the water bowl. I'm seriously thinking of removing the one in the kitchen. We have two others for the dogs, which get washed and refilled no less than four times a day. The cats can get to both of them easily and the one in the kitchen is just a fur collector anyway. I think it's gone today really.
Brady will be here in one week! He flies out on Friday, he will spend the night with Venita and then he will travel south along the same route and with the same people who took Bean north to Jenn =) Hubby will not be out to sea or at work that day so I'm going to let him drive me up to meet Brady so I can focus on the kitty on the ride home cat_pet_icon
According to his vet records he has a broken canine that we will be needing to take care of pretty soon. Venita (angel that she is!) is doing some fundraising for that and I am extremely grateful because I wasn't really ready for a dental visit you know? nailbite_smile
Otherwise though, Brady seems to be in great shape. I gather his URI is cleared up, which is another thing I am very grateful for! I was not looking forward to having to keep him isolated till he recovered from that. Usually when we bring new kitties in, we give 'em a day to relax in quiet then either they sneak out or someone sneaks in. This will make things easier for everyone =) If he needs more quiet time, he can certainly have it and we'll run the others off if they come pestering but usually the new ones just want overnight and then they want to check out the new digs and occupants. I am assuming Brady is very well socialized and won't appreciate being locked away alone for long. I guess we'll see in a week
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
