Under the Tight Regulation protocol, we lower the dose when we see a number under 50. I see you able to monitor Brody tonight. Do you have plenty of test strips and high carb food in case you need them? He is on the rise up so should be safe to shoot.
If you do shoot the 3.0U dose, I'd get a +1 and a +2 test to start, as it's your lowest shot yet. I won't be able to stay with you tonight, though maybe for the +1 test. There will likely be other people around if you need help. Often if you shoot low, the cycle is quite flat, but you never know - you are dealing with cats!
If you are uncomfortable shooting now, you can always delay 1/2 hour, without feeding, and test again to see if he's risen higher. Or you can shoot a temporary lower dose.
