I hope this AMBG is okay should I test again in a few hours? He normal gets snacks at +2, 4, 6 and 9.

It's barely blue. Sometimes that happens. Just test again in about 3 hours and if he's green don't test until PMPS.

I'd feed like you normally feed. If his pancreas is working his numbers should come down.

This trial is rarely easy on the bean! Still a good number, and he should come back down by +3 or so.

Okay, Blaze ate a snack at around +2.25 and I tested him at +3 and he’s 79, so his pancreas is working! That AMBG freaked me out a little but the +3 test made me feel better

Blaze just knows you've been missing doing those extra tests each day. Almost every cat on an OTJ trial throws out a blue or two. Especially in the morning with dawn phenomenon.

He's still got this.

I’m glad the occasional blue numbers are normal, I had no idea and was afraid his trial was failing thank you Wendy!!
