Happy Friday! Billie is doing well and still loving her new apartment. I brought a couple new catnip toys in today, and Billie got frisky - she batted a toy around, then bopped Brooklyn on the head! I have still been settling in and slacking off on posts/updating Billie's SS but I have been keeping track of her numbers on paper. When I last posted, she had earned another reducie, but I'm about to go back up to 1.75 because her numbers are trending up. That's okay. It was a back to back reducie situation so that's not too surprising.
She has been doing pretty well with her appy and poo overall, although she had a couple days where she was "off" earlier this week. I could only get her to eat lunch meat turkey for about a day and a half. She would eat as much lunch meat turkey as I'd give her but wouldn't touch cat food, so it seemed like she had an appetite - just not for cat food. Then she got back to normal. Maybe a p-titis flare, IBD flare, constipation...maybe she just wanted turkey. She's fine now so I'm happy.
I have been giving her SEB mixed in with her raw goat's milk for maybe 3 days now. I think it's a good supplement for her because it's recommended for diarrhea and constipation, and also as a hairball remedy (she doesn't throw up hairballs often, but she sometimes gets hairball poos). She wouldn't eat it mixed with regular food but she loves the goat's milk with it.
