Now this is much more Trixie's style...I'm still all sorts of confused by the last 24 hours, but for now I'm just holding my breath and not complaining.

When I went BTB after AMPS Etc this morning, I dreamt that I found an empty cat food bowl that had been pushed under a table and forgotten about...the bowl originally had kibbles in it, but when I found it, it was empty. Yes, my unconcious mind was deseparately searching for a logical answer :lol: ! Silliness...trying to find logic in FD and a cat :lol: :lol: :lol: !

She's definitely back in the game, at least for the morning cycle. Not thinking past this one moment in time...

Off to work...hubby has Pokey Detail from here on out today.

Trixie did a nice green dance today! I am confused every day with FD. Nothing seems to make sense.

Trixie's ss looks a little like Curry's. She had gotten lots of nice blues and greens for a long period of time. But Trixie has a very nice slow drop and nadirs at +4 or +6....She's looking very good. I had tried Curry on some higher carb foods...FF 4% and her numbers went up....So she too is on Merrick BG Turkey....I don't change her food around...she seems to like the Turkey better than the Chicken....and really doesn't like EVO.

Thanks Tena and Christie! Yeah, for some reason, the Wellness seems to raise her numbers, or at the very least it seems to cause her to spike a bit. She doesn't love the BG or EVO as much as the Wellness, but her numbers do seem to be more even on these two foods. I think if we stop messing around with her food selection, she'll get used to these two being her options. I've never tried anything other than BG Chicken...I have toyed with trying the turkey, but at the same time I don't want to keep confusing her by adding in even more options.

Yesterday...I have no idea what happened there to cause the yellows and pinks. She was behaving like her normal self, so I don't think any sort of bug was causing those odd numbers. It was her first full day without Wellness, so maybe that was it???? Who knows...and who knows what I'll see at 5:15 tomorrow morning...
 
What a great day for Trixie.

Sometimes, I think our kitties' pancreases just get tired and they throw out some high numbers. Either that or they are just keeping us on our toes.
