Rusty is having a flat, green day. I wonder what that portends? It was very windy and warm (in the 80s) today and that affected Rusty's appetite (which hasn't been great in any event). Poor guy is suffering in his fur coat. He rejected the new formulation of Wellness chicken (so now he has rejected both the turkey and the chicken). I guess I'll call Chewy's tomorrow and see what they can do about taking the cases back. In the meantime I rummaged around in the basement and found some cans of Merrick's Limited Ingredient Chicken, and he ate this tonight. He hadn't had it in a long time. With the two Wellness flavors off the table, his only staple is FF T&G. But I guess I can find enough other foods to rotate so that at least he will eat something.

Beans did chores and correspondence today. It was too windy to go paddling. I mowed the lawn a little bit. Our lawn (a "northern" lawn) is looking like the tall-grass prairie because I don't like to mow down the wildflowers along with the "grass".

Chewy's will probably tell you to keep the cases of food and donate them and they will send out new. I believe that is what happened for Marje and Gracie. And PetFlow did the same for me. Nice to know that customer service is still alive and well. :cat:
