WOW!, and another fantastico day for Mannie. :razz: :razz: Mannie started out with high yellow, apparently decided he liked the greens better, so off he went, managing a 69 by +5 in the AM cycle. It was really nice to watch him stay there though out the rest of the cycle. It's even more wonderful for me, remembering the days of bungees and trampolines, to watch a decent PM cycle unfold: no bounce... YAY! He stayed in the blues last night, low blues. All around a great day for him. We have a low yellow this morning - I hope for great things today. Right Mannie? You are doing great - your bean is proud of you! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand, after an "insane" day yesterday. :lol: What with my DGS here, having to plan and host my DD's birthday BBQ here at the house, and having Mannie go low green in the morning - I hoped for cloning.... :lol: : I could have used two of me! At least two.... Mannie is truly a social kitty - with all those people here in the house he stayed with us, was the center of attention for anyone that wanted to play with the kitty. He had such a good time. My DS played nanners with him. He'd warm them in the microwave - guess that releases their scent - and had Mannie jumping in the air to get them. :shock: Mannie never jumps... omg! what fun that was. :razz: We have normalcy this morning: breffis inhaled, CPC intact. auto feeder went to the civvie like it always does, nanners have been reclaimed, reorganized, after last nights vigorous play.

I took the following photos yesterday. I had gone to the kitchen to get a few things ready for the BBQ, came back to find Mannie and Nicholas sharing a common ground.... best buddies on the horizon....

Morning Michelle & Mannie, Oh my gosh, the pics are so cute of Mannie and DGS sharing the blanket. I thought it would be soon! I bet when you don't have DGS, Mannie will miss him and start looking for him. You did a good job of multi-tasking yesterday with birthdays, DGS, LL and life! Nice to see Mannie in the nice blues and I bet he sees blues and greens today.

Hi Ann and Miss Maggie - I am glad that Mannie and Nicholas can "co-exist" :lol: :lol: I've probably said it already a thousand times, but Mannie is a people kitty, he loves company. I felt he and DGS would be buds, once he got past the new and unfamiliar sounds a baby makes. Awesome that it didn't take too long... -- and yep - he found green - a high one, but green is green. :lol:

Once he knows it is "home" I think he will be OK.

Hi Ann, and Miss Tess - Oh yeah.... busy busy busy yesterday. But it was fun too. Even got DGS out for a short hike in the woods. I try to take him out anytime he stays with me - he just has such a great time on the trails - there i such excitement on his face - what a blast!

WOW is right!!!! Great job Mannie. What awesome photos....he is so funny and DGS is getting so big!!

On the "cloning"...reminded me of the movie "Duplicity" ...one of the most hysterical movies I have ever seen!!! If you haven't seen it, it is so worth renting.
Glad everything went off without a hitch though for the BBQ and party!!

Mannie is showing just how AWESOME he is!!!! I know this has to make you so happy that he's doing so well. Love the nonchalant way he sits on the baby's blanket, like it's no big deal to him!!!

Hi Patty - it was fun - a very simple BBQ: burgers and sausages and a variety of salads. Good stuff! My youngest is a great BBQ'er - never disappoints, even if it is a simple fare like we had. I agree on the power of a backyard BBQ. And yes - I am very very happy at Mannie's progress. It is so wonderful to see, as it hasn't always been this good. His SS is a testimonial to that. :roll:

Any chance there is any coffee left for this early morning riser. :smile: I see Mannie is doing great! I bet it's partly because he doesn't see that tiny human as much of a threat anymore. Hi Jan - there is always coffee left... , at least in this household. I think so too, on the no more threat from the little guy to the Manster. It's become part of what is. I can hardly wait until this little guys is mobile.... somehow I bet Mannie will just take it in stride.
