Yesterday's Condo
No, you are not seeing things. This really is a condo from me before noon (Pacific time)!!! Decided to try to get it done before I run up to get ready for my doctor appt. I have a lot of errands to run after, so I knew it would be late (as usual) before I could get online again.
Cinco is still hanging in the yellows with some blue. Normally I would do a dosecrease, but we're getting a new vial of insulin today and I want to give that a cycle or two to see if it makes a difference. Then, since we're still not 100% sure we'll get home in time Saturday night to do his shot on time, I want to wait till Sunday (or Tuesday if we do the 18 hour thing) to rock the boat. So I have my patience pants on and I keep hoping he'll get lonesome for China and slip on down to the lagoon to see her! He had one of his picky mornings - ate his 1st breakfast but required a little plate chasing and kitty crack (Forti Flora) to eat the second one. All of my kitties were a little less enthusiastic about breakfast this morning that usual. Maybe they are tired of Wellness turkey. I'll have to move that further down in the rotation for it's next appearance.
Minka's bloodwork and urinalysis came back all good. YAY!!!!! It's been a while since I got to say that!
I was relieved that the thyroid was good, because she does sometimes manage to ditch her pill and we don't find it until a day or more later.
Sasha decided she didn't want her pill pockets this morning. I had to use the pill popper, but managed to get them in her without the sack. The wind has picked up something awful, and so I wasn't really surprised to hear her sneeze. I gave her a dose of Atarax. When the vet called with Minka's results, I told her about the sneeze and she agreed with me that it must be the seasonal allergies, and therefore I should just use the Atarax and not get too concerned unless it gets really bad.
Haven't heard from the Oncologist or surgical department yet today. They will probably call while I'm in with my doctor! Isn't that the way it works?
Gotta run. Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans. Special prayers to J.D. & Dyana, Melissa and drooler Charlie, and Chris and her DM. :YMHUG: :YMHUG:
