Forgive me for not knowing this, but what is the reasoning behind your doing .25 unit dose changes? Generally, at such a high dose, changes are made in .5 increments at least. That said, I think there is definitely room for more insulin at this point.

Short answer: I'm a BCS.
He was doing ok on the 11.75 so I think he just needed a dose tweak to find his sweet spot. But with the ndw (?) It looks like he needed more. Today he's doing good. Waiting on confirmation on dose from DH. I told him to give 12.5 units. I really am not comfortable with whole unit increases. It scares me.
