Good evening L & LL,
Rusty's higher numbers are not because he had the newly formulated Wellness Turkey for breakfast. It was in his bowl, but he ignored it and ate the Newman' Own chicken & liver. I just got 2 cases of the new Wellness from Chewys. I don't know what I'll do if he won't eat it. Wellness is his staple, the only food he will eat all of the time. we'll try it again tomorrow.
Rusty's breathing is still not back to his "normal" congestion, but tonight he sounds better and is eating better. Not Wellness, however! Several of his shots have been "short" (insulin staying in the Monoject syringe), so that may account for his higher numbers. Also, he clearly has not been feeling his best.
Today Rusty enjoyed some outdoor time in the sunshine (3rd day of sunshine in a row!!!). The beans had a great day. Our new canoe arrived and we took it for a paddle in windy conditions. It was great! We also went to tne farmers' market and had a delicious salad for dinner.
