Sewing Saturday!!!

WCR: All Ps in place. She's still a bit sore from all the "excitement" of yesterday's anal sac expression and semi-bath. Got some snuggles last night and a few cuddles on the couch this morning. Her appy has been so-so, but she did just play a little.

WHR: Feeling ok today. Thinking about doing some sewing today...on my quest to learn how to sew real stuff!!!! :-D

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Nice dip in the lagoon, Shasta. It takes our kitties a couple of days to recover from an expression. Happy Caturday! :-D

Nice numbers from Shasta today. I hope her appy picks up and she recovers from yesterday's vetty visit. Have fun with the sewing.

Hi Deborah, I see Shasta likes thos quick dips in the Lagoon same as Mags. We just need to get them to extend their time there. Oh no on the partial bath! Mags has sympathy pains for Shasta on that deal.
Hope you are feeling well.

Hi Liz ~ Shasta enjoyed her short time in the lagoon this morning and enjoyed the blue floor this evening. She was playful tonight, but not her usual spunky self. We did have a nice napping/lovin' session earlier. Such a sweet kitty. Oh, and I made her a new toy that I think she likes, but she definitely likes my old riding whip best. Hamlet said he didn't mind if she used it now since he doesn't need it any more. Poor lame horse!

Hi Carla ~ I never got to actual sewing today, but I have high hopes for tomorrow! Vegetated on the couch for a while, ran some errands to the thrift stores and fabric store and grocery store (still need to get food that actually fills me up...chips and salsa just isn't the greatest idea for dinner!) Shasta's appy was a bit better this afternoon and this evening. Maybe her morning appy is so crappy because I'm so tired in the mornings and want to go back to bed and this is her way to torture me!!!

Hey Ann ~ Shasta says to tell Maggie thanks for the sympathy pains. Yesterday was horrible...first she peed in her carrier and then had to lay in it, then the vet tortured her by grabbing her bum and squeezing and lastly, mean mama held her under the sink and tried to rinse off the pee. The whole point of the trip was to help the little girl come back down into the blues and greens. Too bad she still likes to get there from the yellows and a little pink here and there!

Hope you all had a great day and night. Sleep well and lots of snuggles with the kitties!
