WCR: All Ps in place. All is ok with Shasta today. Appy is ok; snuggles; pee & poop. She's lost more weight and is down to 9.19lbs. nailbite_smile I wish I could give her the fattening stuff to help put a little more weight on her, but I know that would only be bad for her BGs. :sad: I do give her extra virgin coconut oil, but I feel like I ought to give her the whole bottle...just kidding. :YMSIGH: Off to get another poke.

Nice blues for Shasta today. I'm glad she's eating, peeing and pooping. I don't have any advice on gaining weight. Furball is the opposite. She could stand to lose some weight. I hope you can find a way to help her gain some weight.

Hi Deborah,

Some kitties just don't want to eat as much as they get older. Rusty grazes at his food, but always manages to eat enough in the 24 hour period, and his weight is stable. Maybe smaller portions more frequently for Shasta? Maybe she needs to be "reminded" that she's hungry.

I hope you can find a food she really likes.
