Yesterday http://www.felinediabetes.com/FDMB/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=72211 was the first day on a new dose and flat pinks during the day. The night got a bit more entertaining.
PMPS 456 +2 402 +3 301 +5 297 then the lovely yellow start, followed by a reverse curve today.

After Neko's 100pt drop at +3 last night I set the alarm for +5 (close to nadir) and she had dropped and entire 4 pts. :o I was surprised but pleased to see the yellow morning and hoping we'd finally see some action from this new dose. Nope! Probably reacting to the fast drop. I don't think she would have dropped too far last night. I was in such a fog when I woke up for rowing at +8.5 that I just turned around and went back to bed without testing. There is always rowing tomorrow and this cold is lingering on like a bad guest.

There was lots of purring this morning after the aborted rowing wake up. I have a fleece at the bottom of the bed and I knew it was Neko who jumped up on it because she is a kneader. The last of the P's fell in place when I cut down some fresh catnip in the solarium.

Re: 6/1 Neko PMPS 517

I haven't seen a PS with black for quite a while. Thought we'd gotten rid of those. She's clearly not feeling well about it. Managed to target some things on my sewing room floor that are now thrown out. Sigh.

OK I know you may not like to see the black, BUT because she is not happy about it tells you that she is liking the lower numbers! Believe it or not, that's an awesome sign!

It's OK; she's just resisting and you can combat that issue easy enough with insulin.

As for the reverse curve, my Oliver had a very late nadir, around +10 or later, so if his numbers did not rise till about +4 or +5, I worried because I knew he would be dropping on the back end of the curve.

Hopefully, the dose will settle soon.
