Bad bounce is right. Sometimes if you get that odd number like that, wait a few minutes and retest. It could be a bad strip.

I first got over 500, then retested. I think she got into her brother's autofeeder, possibly around 5am.
She was very hungry last night. I fed more than the usual snacks, (tablespoon or two before bedtime). I was up late working, so she got more food than she usually gets. My bad.....very bad.

It can be so hard to tell if they're just bored/hungry, or going low/hungry.

Whoa again! Just took a reading, and she's back at 186! Quite a span today.
