Good morning to you all!

Yesterday's

Lucy ate better this morning than yesterday evening!
She twitched as soon as I pushed the plunge, and the needle came out...
I hope she got it all in....

Her AMPS is a little bit higher than the yesterday's AM&PMPS.
She may be having a mini-flareup of her pancreatitis since her appetite and energy was down yesterday.
Hopefully she is coming out of it...

Re: 6/1 Lucy AMPS=158

Hoping you got all of the insulin into her. You can note 'possible fur shot' on Lucy's spreadsheet.

Lucy, please eat more so you don't worry your mommabean.

The pancreatitis pain could make her BG's go higher. Do you have any pain meds you can use for her?

Have a nice relaxing weekend!

Re: 6/1 Lucy AMPS=158; +4=108

She has come down!! +4 108.
So I think she got all/most of the insulin.
And I think she is feeling better too!
She wants attention and she wants snack.
She even purred while I was poking her to get +4!

With that nice number, it looks like most of the insulin went into Lucy. Maybe all of the insulin went in.

Purring with a poke! I think our cats know we are trying to help them when we poke them. That is why sometimes they purr, to let us know they understand we are trying to help them.

Re: 6/1 Lucy AMPS=158; +4=108; +8=106; PMPS=121

Hello! I agree! I think she knows I'm trying to help her, but I still find it amazing what they let us do to them, poking here and there every day...

Her PMPS is better than AMPS - I'm happy!
She ate dinner better than breakfast.
She is relaxing stretched out, so I don't think she is in pain!
