Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (not sure if that is enough.... DGS recovery time....), and Happy Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista! Bug and Lola are back on the job... well sorta... they take too many breaks. Way too many breaks.... they say they needs them. HUH? I dunno.... but they are back at it, trying to come up with new things for their pizza business. They worked all night long on a nip pizza crust. I thinks I gots a buzz from all the nip fumes.... Then they added nip cheese. and then more nip... and then a nip pepperoni blend. and then more nip cheese.... :shock: Watch out beans - there is going to be alot of stoned Kittie out there. Be carefuls! ... so. well. anyways. onwards! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a VENTI Quad cherry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, topped with a cherry whip garnished with candied cherry sprinkles and white chocolate curls! AND a dollop of cheery cherry and orange swirl ice cream .... YUM! I hear that Mannie is convinced that the ice cream was a good idea... :-D I thinks it is mega cool! SWEET!

Deepest sympathies to Jack and Jane as they mourn the loss of Karre. Karre was such a legend here in LL. Fly free big guy. None of us will ever forget you.

Yesterday was another glorious Nicholas and the three musketeers day. He so loves those kitties. Once again Nicholas invited all of them to breffis. I did take come more photos, even if they are a bit reminiscent of the day before. Lola and Bug add so much to the show. Lola is into everything... no matter how high or low of in intimidating... silly cat. Here's the Picassa link: Breffis! Nicholas decided half way though breffis that he wnated to take some pictures. So I caved and gave him the camera. What cracked me up is that he wanted to take photos of his berries, so he did. The two photos in this lot are ones he took. I love the thumb that made the blackberry shot, :lol: :lol: GO NICK!, future photographer! :-D

I forgot to mention the other day that Elsa has caught Lola's URI. So far all she has is the sneezes, so we have decide to watch her, let it runs it's course, unless/until she shows signs that we need meds. So far, all is well. Paws crossed that Bug doesn't catch it, as he has a history at the shelters of repeated kitty colds... :roll:

Nicholas and I had a great day at the pool yesterday - WHAT FUN! I wrote this yesterday after our pool adventure: "Nicholas an I have just returned from another marathon session at the pool. The energizer FISH was just that - energized! :shock: Today was the day of playing on those floating mats... whatever they are called. they are about 3' square, and the kids can sit on them and float around the pool. What a hoot! Of course Nicholas didn't want to just float around the pool. He discovered that if he leans just a little it tilts, and if he leans alot it flips him. omg.... flip flip flip over and over again. :lol: :lol: :lol: than he discovered that if he leans backyards, and enough of his body is over the edge then he does back flips. :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol: flip flip flip over and over again. What FUN he had today. We did the pool trail after that. The salmon berries are really coming into fruit right now and he found a patch of them at the trail entrance. Well of course that led to a berry hunt, so off we went in search of more salmon berries, We really did find alot. The little guy was able to STUFF himself with salmon Berries. :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: What a great morning... It is no surprise to me that he is now crashed in his bed, major ZZZzzzzzzz's ruling the roost. Sleep well little man, you deserve it." Have a great day everyone! it will be catch up day here, I think. I am toying with the idea of hiking today, but still not sure.... Monday I plan on heading to Eastern Washington to hike for sure, as travel there is much easier on a weekday. so... will think about whether or not I need two so close together... hmmmmm.... ;-) I suspect though that duties here are home will win out. My yard needs its summer plantings!

And kitties? THINK BLUE! THINK GREEN!
 
Morning Michelle ~O) what a great video of the three Muskateers. Lola cracks me up :lol: as she is a great climb :lol: er and all with grace, landing so softly on her feet. They sure are relaxed and at home. Great pics of the breffifs club, too! :lol: Nicholas, so cute with all his berries and proud he picked some, too. Hey, I wouldn't be surprised if Nicholas picks up on taking pics. So funny with the blackberry shot.
Elsa, thank you for my 10 hour Energy coffee and Double Espressos. They fixed me right up, Auntie Ann Yum, that pizza sounds like it's off to a good start. Can't wait to try it.
Gave a great day, Michelle, and hope the hike wins out. Yes, a walk for me and looks like the cloud cover is breaking. It's a nice 63 degrees.
 
Good morning! What great pics. Your house is buzzing and we couldn't be happier. :-D It will be interesting to see when the new addition arrives. Are you going to be watching the baby as well on Wed - Fri? Have a great day, whatever you decide to do!

Nicholas is certainly "FINE" and so are the kitties. Sorry that Elsa caught the sneezies: L lysine for her!

Hey Elsa, I needed that double-shot espresso this morning after my strenuous day yesterday. It was super good. You are smart to stay out of the way of those two rookies and their pizza experiments. I hope they don't wreck your tidy kitchen!

Michelle, I hope you can get out on a hike today, but Monday for sure.

I'm sorry Elsa caught Lola's URI. I hope she gets better quickly. Those pictures and video are so cute. Lola looks like she loves to explore. Too funny on Nicholas taking pictures of his berries. :lol:

Rats that Elsa has the sneezies. LOTS of vines to her for a quick recovery. I had sooo much fun watching the breffis video :-D :lol: :-D Nicholas enjoys every minute and it's infectious. Lola certainly knows her place... everywhere! She's so dainty with her steps.

Nicholas and his floating mat...er...flipping board is too cute. What a smile when he tips himself over. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Elsa Lil Bit Kitteh Barista. whoooo hooo this afternoon. Yum Yum Yum. I noticed a Starbucks truck following you today.. They just WISH they could make something as yummy as you!!! Those pizza kids are going to hit on something GREAT one day soon! I hear the kittehs say there can't be too much nip!

Good Evening everyone! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Well just a few of those to get me through the evening. :roll: :lol: I didn't do the hike, went plant shopping instead. I have been putting off getting the bedding plants that I need for a few flower beds, so i just thought I had best get this done. WOW on how expensive it all is... shesssh! I spent the rest of the day planting what I did get. Took forever, as I seemed to have forgotten what a pain in the tush it is to plant here: big tree roots everywhere... and rocks and more rocks, and holes were tough to dig... shesshhhh again! So most of the beds are done ad well as the deck planters. Tomorrow I will take a look at it all and see what needs improving or fixing or whatever. I also ought some plants for the area where Mannie is buried... it needed something special there, for my boy. It's such a shaded area that finding something that will work was tough. I did come home with some assorted astilbe. I hope he likes them. :-D

And I forgot to mention when I posted that video of the furkids. One of the first things Nicholas says on it is "Mannie. I want Mannie" - all said with a smile. Yupp little man, I do too.

Enjoy your evening everyone! I am off to veg in front of my TV, or maybe just read. I am beginning to feel all that yard work, especially all the fantastic hole digging. :shock: :roll: :lol:

Hi Ann - THX on the video - I am glad you enjoyed it. Lola is a HOOT! OMG! The climbing just never stops, ever. And she is very soft, gentle with her landings. She can jump up 4/5 feet n the air too. crazy cat. I know on Nicholas and his berries. It had become his ting, so we try to incorporate it into things we do. Berry hunting! I had to laugh on the photo thing. He's so used to me having mine with me, that he thinks he needs to take them too. It's kinda fun. LOL on the blackberry shot! no on the hike, duty won out... We were about the same today - maybe 65 or so....

Hi Melissa - oh yes, buzzing is a good description. Never a dull moment these days, but it is fun. Yes on the new addition. Right now that is the plan when baby #2 arrives. I will still have the three days, we do ave a dilemma though: swimming. there is no way i can handle two at the same time in the water. Nicholas does great, but I have to watch all the time with him, and not too sure one want to bring a newborn into that. so... I may end up with an additional day, one just with Nicholas, so we can get the pool stuff in too. mom and dad still want him there two days a week....

Hi Mj - oh yeah - NO is not part of her vocabulary. :shock: :lol: :lol: Heaven help us when she gets her head set on something. she just goes for it, no matter what is in her path. :o such a cutie.... ;-)

HI Ella - THX on the pics and the vid. I have to agree: all are fine. :-D THX too on Elsa - sneezes only so far, and they have been much less today. YAY! Yupp on the lysine. Yard won out today, but for sure on Monday. I will go then. :cool:
