Howdy LL,

I have to say that i am really not impressed with these new numbers, they SUCK!

Leo kept me up late last night by wanting snuggles and headbutts from 2-4 the morning, so i got up and tested him and we hung out for an hour or so, just talking..... :lol: Very chatty kitty last night.

I'm thinking i'll take him out to my parents place today just for him to getaway from my apt for a little while, do some mousing, hang out with his brother. Plus i can pretty much guarantee he will come down in his numbers once i do take him over there. He always has nicer numbers at their place. City stress? Maybe he just doesn't like me :cry:

Leo has come down quite nicely with that +4! Baby steps, marathon not a sprint, patience pants, and all that fun stuff!

I think Leo proved is love for you by keeping you up in the middle of the night - how sweet!

Hey again, it's me Tracy!

Just trying out my dad's account, and get you all aquainted with it. So i will try.....like Amy said, in baby steps to show my dad how the whole forum works. They do have to babysit Leo this weekend as i have a mine rescue competition to attend, so if you see my dad online....please be gentle with him....he's really old! :lol:

Your dad is awesome. My whole family (including grandparents) on my mothers side use computers... except for my brother. I don't know how that happened.... but if you talk to my DH's family about computers they look at your like your blaspheming something.

yeah i'm sure he misses his bro, they are pretty tight!

My dad does use a computer alot, to look up stuff like sports, the news, etc etc. He just doesn't know how to type and i can imagine it will be a painful process for him trying to type. Plus i think he'll have trouble navigating his way around the forum. For now i think i'll just tell him to post a condo when Leo is low and he's not sure what to do, everyone seems to be willing to help around here!

If Leo is really low, he might be able to get away with just posting a message on the main board instead of trying to navigate all the way here. Otherwise, if he knows how to use bookmarks, just bookmark the main page of the lantus forums maybe? Does he know how to copy and paste? If so (or he can learn) you could write an introduction for him that he could use that includes pertinent information about him/Leo and links and he could just add necessary stuff after he pastes that.

Sorry, just trying to think of something that could be helpful!

i think he's awesome for helping you and leo out.

tracy, yesterday in patty/champ's condo you mentioned leaving your solostar pen out rather than refrigerating it. that's fine, but when you leave it out expect to toss the pen after 28 days. if refrigerated, a pen can last a lot longer. some have been able to use opened pens to the last drop if they keep it refrigerated.

Did you make the trip to your Dads? Is that why the +6 looks so pretty? I'm pretty sure Leo wuv's you very much. :-D That's cool that he'll be looking after Leo for you and yes, we'll take it easy on him ;-)

I don't think you'll want your dad to post anywhere but here since we all know Leo and will look for his condo every day. Besides I look forward to getting to know Hector. What a cool name. I've never known a Hector before!!! My dad is very computer savvy. He builds them for himself and other family members, fixes them for us when they break, etc. However, he is a two finger typist...index finger on each hand!!!! So I know your dad can do this!!


And yay for Leo for finding the blue floor!!!!! :-D

Haha nope i got the pretty blue number before we even left! Yippie, and we got out here and his +8 was only 3 points higher.....finally we see some better numbers. He's out mousing right now, sitting on a tree and he looks like a little statue with only a tail swish here and there. I went out to check on him and called his name, he's so intent on hunting that he only flicked his ears like he heard me but didn't turn his head to look at me at all. Leo's having the time of his life! :-D

I'm going to get Hector to post tonights numbers just to get him used to it, so be on the lookout!

Jill & Patty, I guess i'll be putting the pens back in the fridge then, no biggie, i was planning on throwing them out after 28 days, i don't want to mess around with Leo's numbers anymore than i have to.

Oops Leo's +6 was 130 and not 140, i'll change it up right now

Hi Tracy: I am glad you and Leo made it out today and he got some mousing done!!! Nice that he had some blue!
