Yesterday's Condo

Morning: Lanky did not feel well yesterday in that he was very slow & sluggish. About PMPS +4 he had very runny dark brown poo incident. He laid down afterwards, & I could tell by the look in his eyes he was not right. Then you'll see his BG turns up. I worried about him the rest of the night but did not want to bug him too much. This AM he seems much more active, meeting me & talking for breakfast, but still hi BG. Checking the LB, there are 2+ pees messes outside the box but could be Bruski &/or Lanky. I'm guessing 1 or 2 of each. Lanky's appetite is fine this AM as he is cleaning up leftovers for everyone else's bowl & looking for more. I will do a BG test @ +3 & hopefully it will be coming down, lots.

Well Lanky...I hope you are feeling better today for sure....now, as far as that pink is concerned...hmmmm....

Just after AM +3, Lanky had a moderate-sized pee & a small but normal consistency poo after he ate a tiny 3% FF snack. He's catnapping now.

Are you still giving the pepcid? I forget, what did vettybean say about the possibility that Lanky has CP?

Lanky is getting 1/4 tab Pepcid AC (+Pac on SS) at AM & PMPS. Ultra sound was clear but vet did say:

These findings are most supportive of a gastroenteritis. There is apparent gastric hypo-motility.

Hence the Pepcid.
