Yes ok because I remember you saying that the 4.50 was his breakthrough dose . So his higher numbers doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with him but rather more likely to be the dose isn’t high enough right ? I’m all paranoid :arghh::cat:

Yes, a cat's insulin needs can and do go up and down. The last time he hit 4.5U, he broke through to great numbers. It's possible that this time it might be 4.25U be a "good dose" or a "breakthrough" dose.
