Didn't post yesterday as I was busy looking after my grandson who had some asthma after catching a cold.

Sheba came down off the bounce yesterday morning quite sedately and managed to get to 115 which I was pleased about. Last night she came down again and I monitored it closely (half hourly over the drop) so as to stop any big drops. She is a sneaky little tiger and managed to do a big drop in one of the half hours. I tried the honey instead of HC food as suggested by @Sienne and Gabby, only a tiny drop, and that was enough to stop the fast drop without stalling the whole thing. I just hope she doesn't bounce after that sneaky drop.
She nadired at 137 at + 9. She could have gone lower but I needed my sleep. I was happy with that as my aim at the moment is to get her down to blue numbers and keep her there. Green would be a bonus but I want to really try and stop this bouncing (not that I haven't been trying) but I feel I have gained more knowledge about Sheba and her bouncing habit. I hope that is a good plan @Wendy&Neko and @julie & punkin (ga) .
Please tell me if I have it wrong!

OT. My sister had a bad fall a couple of days ago. She was in the supermarket getting provisions as she had her whole family coming to her for her DIL birthday dinner. Someone had left a small milk crate on the ground and as she stepped back after getting something from the shelf, she fell over it, landing on her shoulder and forehead. Everyone came rushing of course and wanted to call the ambulance but she refused. Management insisted she go to a doctor, and someone took her. When she got back they had done all her shopping and had included a large bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates. I suppose they thought she would sue them! They then drove her home, the manager following in his car to take the other person back to the shop. She now has a very bruised face and a painful shoulder which is going to require some physio treatment. She was very shaken by it all but is OK. She said she was just furious because she had so much to do that afternoon to get ready for the evening!!

Lovely sunny day here in Sydney. Cold wind coming up from the snow in Tasmania but a perfect autumn day.
Vines to all in need

I find myself somehow disappointed that people sue over things like that in Australia too. I'd like to think you are more civilized than people here in the US.

Sending vines for your sister. We are definitely not as litigious as here (e.g. we wouldn't try a sue a beer manufacturer because we got drunk and did something stupid) but in this case she would certainly have grounds to, but I think I'd be happy if they just covered the medical bills, she shouldn't be out of pocket for their negligence! It is good to hear that they looked after her well following the fall and hopefully they've learned a lesson about leaving things lying around like that.

Sending anti bounce vines for Sheba too, good luck with the honey experiment.

morning Bron, good call on catching Sheba as she was starting her diving lesson, hope she stays nice and flat for you today.
Sorry to hear about your sister, I hope her injuries heal quickly and she is none the worse for her fall, sending healing vines to her.
Enjoy your weekend.

Thank you Julie, Serryn, Suki, Elise and Carla for looking in on us and for your vines for my sister. She is still sore but fine. She is older than me and jolly lucky she didn't break her hip, falling the way she did.
