Yesterday Black, Green and Everything In Between

I did a late test last night and Papaya had actually gone right down to green, to 86 from the PMPS of 319. She was back up to red this morning, though. She's had a lot of really active cycles lately so this high one is a switch - maybe a good thing if it stops the bouncing.

I left her in a sunny bedroom snoozing under the covers, where she had tried to hide herself just in case I was thinking of taking her out of the house like for yesterday's vet checkup!

If you're home with your kitties today, give them an extra snuggle, and if you're at work I share your pain ;-)

Hi guys .. yay on the greens last night! This mornings high is probably from the lower numbers but that's ok .. papaya will work her way down .. good thing for the safety of blankets right? have a great day guys!

Both Henry and Mikey absolutely LOVE burrowing under the covers. It's so bizarre to me because my previous two cats would have nothing to do with sheets or blankets or anything else on top of them. :?

Hope you see some lovely greens again tonight!

Thanks for stopping by, Devon. You're always one of the first visitors of the day!

KPassa- in Taiwan Papaya would do the burrowing thing during typhoons - which she hated because the wind was so loud, rattling the patio doors of my 28th floor apartment and making all the trap doors to the crawl space in the ceiling jump up and down! The problem is it's hot and humid during a typhoon, so you really don't want a cat stuck to your side under the sheets! I guess it's always been her way to find a safe place.

Here's hoping we're on our way to green!

Hi Amy,
It looks like Papaya is WAAAYYY over those reds and heading on down to some beautiful numbers again. Hoping you have a nice safe surf tonight.
Oliver is an under the covers guy. I think for the same reason as Papaya.. it's the safe spot. :-D
Take good care and have a great night.

Thanks, Mary! Who needs a hot water bottle when you have a purry burrower? Looks like a fairly calm blue cycle so far, hooray.

Nice cycle for Papaya tonight! Congrats on the reduction.

I had to take my civie to the vet twice a week ago, it took him a day or two to stop being nervous if I randomly went up to pet him. They have great memories.
