Good Saturday to you all,

Yesterday

Nothing much to report today. It's been kinda boring in the world of kitty numbers. She's been pretty steady yellow since her one green day. Kinda bouncy, but pretty boring overall. I really wish I didn't work so that I could up her dose with confidence, while always be home to monitor, but alas, it's not the case. She's gonna have to just work around our schedule :)

So today is a curve day, and I'm putting off doing the laundry and dishes while I shop for supplies for our upcoming vacation next month :) :) :) First time leaving the country and I'm pretty stoked! Future mother-in-law offered to shoot kitty while we are gone, so I'm stocking up on frozen +3 meals that she can put in the auto feeder. Hopefully by the end of the month I'll have a good idea of what dosage to have future MIL give. I'm thinking I should probably keep it in the full unit amounts so she doesn't have to try figuring out halves or quarters, but we shall see.

Ok, time to stop rambling and get this laundry taken care of. Hope everyone has a wonderful day today!

We can help you figure out a vacation dose a couple of days before you leave. Lots can happen between now and then. Yay for your future mother-in-law helping!

I hope you're doing something fun on your trip. Where are you headed? I love to travel and get itchy to go if it's been a while since i've gone anywhere - which it has.

Yes, I'm super happy she said she'd do it. I think the fact that I told her I'd come down the weekend before we leave to walk her through everything helped. Just no BG testing, but at least we wont have to start from scratch when we get back :)

So we are heading to Iceland for 2 weeks! We were actually supposed to go in March, but the morning of our flight, I got notification that all flights where cancelled due to weather out there, and nothing was available for rebooking for over 3 weeks! Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Plus, fiance (then bf) was planning to propose while we were there, so he made due with a hiking trip. Which I must say worked out just fine :) So we are now going in June and will be camping and hiking for most of our time out there. I've been itching to travel for soooo long, I hope this becomes the norm!

Get out there again and travel! It's good for ya!
