IO group still seems to think a phosphorus binder is needed plus testing for urinary issue I'll ask the vet but I don't think he'll change treatment any differently.

That sounds strange, his last phosphorus value was fine but I guess it’s been a few months. The urinary stuff is interesting. Couple discussions on Reddit and Facebook talking about infections making creatinine and BUN higher. Can’t find a study quickly.

Thanks @Tim & Pookey ! Leroy spends all day with the vet again on Thursday so the vet can do more testing but I don't want to spend more money if the results won't make any difference to treatment.

I do think fluids can affect BG!
