Looks like you're getting an inverse curve which suggests too much insulin. I would drop back down to at least the 2.1u and maybe all the way back to 1.75u, on 5/3 you got a yellow PMPS but raised the next day. I'd like to see what the 1.75u can do if given the chance.

Do you have a PMPS? That would confirm if it's an inverse curve. Agreed if the +4 is higher than the AMPS that's definitely in wonky-zone. I don't see where to go from here though, you've tried lower doses and not gotten good results, and if you have an inverse curve you can't increase the dose. I'm not seeing the potential in 1.75 
but I don't have any better ideas, sorry (other than going back to 3.5u on Lantus, which I'm SURE is not what you want to hear, LOL!).

I am confused too, Denise. You have tried the lower doses and the higher doses and sometimes you need some decent numbers for a test or two, but nothing seems to hold. If you hadn't tried another insulin already, I would suggest that.
You are sure he is not getting into the dry food, right? I wonder if the pain of his neuropathy messes up his numbers, or whether it is something other than neuropathy. Have you had a full check up at the vet?
I know it is discouraging - for us too. We want to help and want to have ideas of what you can do.

We ahve tried Humilin and Lantus, did not like either...
nothing is working,I will try to take another number tonight
but I was athinking I needed toraise, but it seems like you disagree
I will call the vet tomorrow
He was doing well this morning, upa nd active and talking so he did go down but tonight you can see he does not feel well
I dont know where to go from here....
