He's on MiraLAx as well but I don't think what's in the box is his. He wants nothing to do with me. I'm being shunned. He growls if I pick him up. He may not like being spacey.

What food are you feeding? Has anyone suggested adding some type of oil to his food if he will take it?
Like an Omega 3 oil from a capsule....(((Maureen & Sammy)))

i know nothing about tramadol. maybe the vet can prescribe something else???
