So d@mn tired today I can't ) straight. Don't think I slept more than about an hour last night. Between the heat, the step-daughter pulling more **** and the thunderstorm last night I'm whipped so of course today is the day I picked to run a curve on Cassanova and switch insulin for Autumn so I'd have Saturday free to celebrate my birthday...freaking lovely.

Oh dear... can't help chuckle at your despair... but the way you write it is humorous.

So sorry you are so tired and that darn stepdaughter... geez. Haven't you had enough of that? Will that ever go away? Will she ever grow up? I am sure you ask these questions all the time.

Well, hopefully Autumn will have a smooth start on PZI... and look at Cassanova wanting to stick by his girl. Oh well, Alska is happy to have pretty Cali on the sundeck this morning.

Ya I've asked all those questions a thousand times in just the last week alone. Fought with her dad all last weekend about setting her up a little studio apartment in our basement (my idea) which included us buying a brand new bedroom set so she could use our old one and take it with her once she was back on her feet. Asked her to call twice to arrange a time when we could all sit down and discuss house rules, and the conditions for her staying with us. Of course she never bothered to do that so I left her a Facebook message saying come get your **** out of our garage by the first and either forward your mail to where your living or get a p.o. box. Boy howdy that got a response!! Within seconds of her picking up the message the text messages started flying on her dad's phone..little did she realize I was the one texting back.

Bless you for even offering the basement!!! That means dealing with her in person, on a daily basis. Geez - you got some grit girl!!

Ya foolish me I was going to try to turn her into a productive member of society. But she insists on perfecting the art of burning bridges and last night she burnt a huge one in me. The ironic part is she posted this little sign on her Facebook page trying to slam her dad about never trust these 3 people Pisces (her father), Sag and some other sign because they are mean and selfish, what I'm sure she didn't realize was it also list 3 signs never to lose one of which was Taurus, because they will see through your flaws and be there to offer you a hand up even when all others want to keep you down...My birthday is Saturday...I couldn't be more Taurian lol.

What it should have also gone on to say is never anger a taurus because it's a kin to waving red in front of a bull. It is our nature to be loving docile and kind but mess with us or those we hold dear and we become your worst Nightmare.

Yowza... what a night for you Mel! Wishing you peace and a nap today between tests and insulin. Wish you could shake some sense into people sometimes (and that it would stick ;-) )!

Well that confirms it Cassanova got a fur shot this morning. I was pretty sure it was because he smelled of insulin and had a wet spot.
