I just got off the phone with the clinic. Tori had a good night and is letting them know her displeasure at having an IV in her leg and being in a cage. She is telling everybody all about it. That's my girl! Doug once told me that he has never had a cat give such a "malignant look" like Tori can. He loves her feistiness and the fact that she is all sound effects and evil looks but never tries to hurt anybody.
Anyway she ate a little during the night , no vomiting. He wants to keep her for sure until later in the day so he can make sure she eats and that her potassium level is OK. Barring any problems she likely will be able to come home late this afternoon. I'm so excited! I hate not having her at home. You all know what I mean.
So I'm off to bed. I worked all night. Hopefully I'm going to be able to make up for the the the lack of sleep of the the last few days.
I'll let you know as soon as I get home hopefully with my baby in tow.
