Good evening!

Yesterday's condo:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=118317&p=1239621#p1239621

Today has been super, crazy busy and I haven't even logged onto the site until this very moment. Washing machine repair man here this morning, then a hair appointment, and right after that was taking the car in for an oil change and tune up. Stopped at store to buy some dinner and now home!! Whew..

Thankfully, Rocky's BG has come way down since the high of 508 @-) at AMPS +2. Rocky has seen some blacks and more reds then I'd like these past two days.. Thinking with this 219 just 3 hours away from PMPS shot time that I may be pulling an all nighter tonight to keep him from going under 50. I hope that it is that rather than numbers that trend upwards again.

Yesterday's SS numbers;

AMPS 91 +1 116 +3 358 +6 528 +9 431
PMPS 430 +2 364 +5 315 +9 337

Now dashing off to feed the ferals, pick up prescriptions, come home and eat, then feed the inside crew, clean litter boxes, and of course take care of Rocky too.

Re: 5/7 Rocky PMPS 229 +1 314

Rocky's BG going up again after eating.. today I began feeding him 3 mini-meals at AMPS and PMPS cycles instead of 4 meals. Because of all of the carbs he ate in April when he was going under 50, I want him to reduce his waist size, a bit.

I wonder now if this dose is also not enough insulin for him...

I wish he would get back to clearing bounces at a good clip. I don't understand these multi-colored days.

I did feed him the 3% carbs all day today and I am doing so again tonight. Beginning to wonder if I should go back to feeding him the 0% carb foods.

Nice recovery from this morning's ugly start. Paws crossed he finds the blues later tonight.

Dosecrease?

Thanks for the encouragement Wendy! I appreciate it. I don't think I have the patience to do this.. and yet I am doing it.

On the evening of 5/5 Rocky saw a few hours of blue and green numbers. Since then it has been mostly purple, red, black and yellow.

When do I start considering raising his insulin again?

He has been on (f)1.0u for 7 cycles, but honestly, I don't know how accurate my measurements have been. For example, tonight I wonder if I gave him just a straight 1.0u and this morning I gave him a (f)1.0u. It is really hard to do this without calipers.

Thanks!
