elusive green made a late night appearance again. Couldn't stay up late again, but got a high green at +6.5 last night and fed mc after and left one more small mc meal so i could go to bed.

glad for green, especially after a bounce day from blue. And then a sunny start... hmm... I think I'll try to work from home this a.m. so i can get a few checks in on him. Boy I'd love to see green during daytime hours...

hope everyone has a good Thursday!

They like to drop to green at night I find. In some ways it is easier....at least we are at home. But too many late nights are exhausting especially if you have to get up and go to work.

well, back to work for me again! this pattern, not sure how I feel about it. Wish he wouldn't bounce so damn hard...

good gracious yes! It's funny, before his DX, i was kind of a night owl anyway, but I had poor sleep habits and used his DX as an excuse to get on a more regular, better schedule. And now, he decides to go green at night and mess that up again! They sure like to keep us hopping. and I'm back to being zombie lady most days!

At least he saw greens last night, just too bad it was in the wee hours. He's in a rush tonight too.

Neko also prefers lows at night. A couple of years ago I went months without seeing green during the day. It was all daytime bounce and night time lows. I found late afternoon naps were essential.

there's not enough coffee in the world these days Rhiannon... o_O.
He's slowed down at +6, so maybe not green tonight. I need to be functional tomorrow as he has his vet visit, so I'm calling it a night now. will leave one last meal for +7

So, is it still consensus that i should get him checked for IAA and acromegaly as well as have his teeth checked? I have noticed especially tonight, he was rubbing his face on things a lot, and he has been pretty vocal... I'm thinking something may be bothering him now...

before Shadow was dx with resportive lesions, I would scritch her jawline, and her mouth would chatter ( as they do when they see a bird out the window or like when you shiver )
that turned out to be a sign of severe pain... yet I never knew she was in pain. Everything was normal... ate normal... played...

not all cats do that, but if one does, it's definitely a sign to have teeth checked.
