That's better. Surf the blues, Belle.

Did you get a chance to see this from yesterday's condo?
Good luck with the dosecrease.

With these unusual numbers for Belle, I do wonder if something is going on with him??
Is he pooping OK?
How are his teeth? Is it possible he has an infection or any signs that he is under the weather?
All the p's in place?
I'm crossing my fingers he's just fine and is maybe sneaking some higher carb food from somewhere.

oops sorry, forgot to reply about that

he seems to be pooping ok, but he had been peeing and pooping outside of the box a lot lately...
he might have some teeth infection. but i don't have to budget for his (and his sister's) dental work, and i don't think it would be helpful going to his original owner either.

there is actually no chance for him to get higher carb food elsewhere anymore.

That's good. I thought maybe he still went outside and maybe went to a kindly neighbor feeding cats.
I hope those higher BGs are just a passing thing. I'm glad he's pooping and peeing and eating and doing okay.

i don't rule out the chance that he might go out to eat at neighbors, but it's unlikely, cos he doesn't really leave the yard much anymore.

however, he had been peeing and pooping outside the box lately.

If it's right outside the box, he may have arthritis and it's just hard to get in and out. If so, you can try just putting a puppy training pad in front or around the box. I had to do that for J.D. and it worked well.
