Morning and Happy Friday! Shadow ate well for all the snacks/meals and seems pretty happy. He has 3 Ps so far today.
About a half hour before my alarm was to go off, he was right by my face, giving me kitty kisses and lots of purrs. I told him that I needed to sleep for a little more until the alarm....and he left. Just like that. Sometimes I really believe he understands everything I say to him....! When I got up, he joined me in the bathroom and then inhaled his entire breffis....so I know his number caused him to be very hungry this morning. Loving the nice numbers he is getting now on this dose! We all hope you have a great Friday! Hugs! :YMHUG:

Shadow, nice number to start the day! I love when our kitties follow us into the bathroom patiently waiting for us. Lucky you with Shadow letting you sleep longer! Hope you all have a nice Friday.

Happy Friday!! What pretty numbers for Shadow. I love being woken up with kitty kisses and I do believe they know what we are saying. Tarragon can also tell when I am tired or in a mood and he waits ever so patiently for me to get everything ready to go. It is amazing how much closer we have gotten since he has gotten FD and we have had to spend so much time together.

I'm certain they understand us as well - and mine work very hard to make certain I understand them too, especially when they are demanding food! :lol:

We had a torrential rain with lots of thunder this morning. It was bad enough that I turned my computer off....and lil Shadow spent hours in the closet. He really had to be coaxed to eat at +3 this morning...more FD chicken, and then more...and he did eat, but I could tell his heart was not in it. He gets so skeered....
Raja joined him but actually, it is "her" little private room each day and I am not sure that she was so happy that he was mooching on her space....but she knows he hates the thunderstorms. Coming up to the season for them daily too....he alwasy hears the thunder way before I do and he slinks down the hall very quickly to get to the closet....poor lil guy.
 
So sorry about the storms. Yes, this is the season. Here in Mickeyville, it usually occurs everyday between 4 and 6. UGH. Poor Raja being displaced by Shadow in the closet. Shadow had a great day today. (anti-jinx). Have a good night.
 
Awww Pat, Shadow's reaction to the thunder, made me teary. Check's sibling, Samantha, did the same. She heard it long before I did, and ran down the hall, almost on her belly, to get to her hidey hole.
Poor little Shadow. But what a fantastic day for him Yayyyyy Shadow. He's loving this dose. :-D
 
Whenever I'm on Facebook, I keep seeing this ad for "thundershirt" for dogs who wig out during thunderstorms. I always think of Shadow...
