Yesterday Neko proved that lots of yellow sometimes leads to the lagoon. This cat does like to keep me on my toes.

I figured something was different when Neko didn't come rushing into our bedroom when the alarm went off for rowing. Normally she's there right away as she knows it's treat time. That 73 was quite the surprise. Her normal +9 treat turned into a bit of Gravy Lovers to keep her safe while we were gone.

We are still working on trying to reduce the number of mini meals served. This morning I gave her +3 about 5 minutes after her +2 meal, as I'm trying to collapse them into one. Nope - she still wanted more food 1/2 hour later. :roll: I held off and she got a pokey treat instead later. Now all is well and solarium snoozing is in progress.

It looks like Neko is heading back to the lagoon tonight. It is so hard to change a kitty's meal time.

At least she was under renal threshold today. I expect she'll be going higher tonight. :YMSIGH: Neko had a little tour outside again after dinner. She's been wanting out a lot more since the nicer weather came. She doesn't go far, but sniffs around, maybe eats some grass, all for about 10 minutes.

OT: Civie Theo had a scarf and barf with his +9 snack today. That's about 1/3 of his dinner on the kitchen floor. Silly boy - he loves venison too much.

Well, blue is nice and safe, even it we'd rather have some high green. Hopefully Neko won't be too dramatic tonight.

Poor Theo. I think venison and duck are a little too rich for scarfing. Harvey loves them too much, too. I have to give them to him a little at a time or he'll do the same thing. Sasha, too. Minka eats too slowly and methodically to S&B. She chews her pate carefully - it's a riot to watch! :lol:

Good luck with changing the meal routine - or rather with getting Neko to buy into it! ;-)
