You definitely aren't a dumbass - the schedule you're keeping yourself on is super rough! I'm honestly shocked more people on the board aren't oversleeping based on their schedules. And you obviously needed it.
I know the lower numbers add stress to a busy schedule, but I'm excited to see so many lower numbers for him lately!
