Eleanor jumped away as I was injecting. I only found a teeny wet spot, but I don't know how much insulin did or didn't go into her. The wet could have even been from insulin on the outside of the syringe.
I'm so mad at myself.
She feels good, but threw up mucus earlier.

Fur shots are so frustrating, but they happen. Eleanor will get back on track. Sorry about the vomit. I'm glad she's feeling good.

yup, they happen. Everyone has them. She'll get over it.

We had more problems with punkin moving and pulling out the needle when we were trying to give sub-q fluids. That was crazy - water would go squirting everywhere and I was always afraid it would hurt him when he moved and pulled it out.

I have a terrible time giving Eleanor sub-q fluids. She hates them and I have to hold her down and try to keep the needle in her, while she wiggles and jerks!
