Well I was up all night the loss of Crazy Horse has put me into some kind of zombie mode I finally laid down at about 4 am and of course then proceeded to doze a hour past his shot time figures <sigh>..... Youngest son who works nights brought McDonalds for breffis for Mama Bean so I have REAL coffee right now ~O) ~O) :mrgreen: I still cannot believe he is gone. :sad:
Ok off of him sorry about that and on to Do Lou he is doing great all P's in place ate all his breffis already and is grooming on the bed :-D

Hi Lisa, so sorry again for your loss you poor thing! Isn't McDonald's coffee good? I love it! Nice amps for Do Lou, hope she has a great day and you get some sleep!! Hugs!!!

Nice starting number for Do Lou!--I can understand why you didnt sleep. So tragic for such a youngster, but we must go on...
Look how your sweet child felt that for you! Very touching..
Hope Do Lou has a good day today--I couldnt imagine a better home for a fur baby than yours, where so much love surrounds everyone in it!

Do Lou is looking great today =) Here's hoping for a nice calm surf! Did you enjoy your real coffee? =) I bet it did taste good after drinking pretend coffee all this time ;) I can't remember if you said why you're giving up caffeine? I'd have to have a pretty strong motivation to do that! Like, they'd have to tell me that a single sip would explode my heart or something :shock:

Lisa I am sure you needed the sleep so don't beat yourself up over being late on shot. Good place to start today for Do Lou. I hope you get a nice blue or green surf for later.

I was very sorry to read your post about Crazy Horse. It is hard no matter what age but harder when they are young and when it is sudden.

Look at this particular late shot on the bright side -- you got to be late on a day that he was BG 216, how fortunate is that?
And it means on a day that he's running high you have some play time to shoot early.
I see this as a positive.

McD's coffee is great, isn't it? I'm drinking some right now myself!

Don't worry about the late shot for Do Lou. I'm sure he understands and isn't worried about it. He's probably more worried about you. Definitely try to get some rest! The sudden loss of a loved one is always hard, it's always a shock, and it takes some time for your system to be able to deal with it. When Potter passed it was still a shock to us and he'd been very sick for about 6 weeks prior to it. I can't even begin to imagine what it would have been like if he'd gone as suddenly as Crazy Horse. Talk all you want about him--I'm sure Do Lou is happy to share his condo today. Be gentle to yourself, give Do Lou lots of extra cuddles, and try to get some rest.

What a good kid your son is!

It is so hard to lose a kitty suddenly. I lost my civvie, Gracie, 10 years ago to a sudden arrhythmia and it was a huge shock. It was good to have my other kitty to cuddle with. Give Do Lou extra hugs. His numbers are looking good even though I'm sure he's worried about you.

+3 160 well here I sit being up for 24 hours basically its going to catch sooner of later right now I must still be on shock or that real coffee ~O) anyway nice to see the blue I am off the the forest we live by to take a walk I need to get out away from the house since the constant staring at our family room void of my Sugar is just killing me :cry:

Hi Lisa and Do Lou, who is looking very good this morning. We know how difficult today must be for you after losing Chief Crazy Horse so suddenly. You must take time to heal, and remembering all the great things that little guy used to do and smiling inwardly at those memories, that will help you immensely in this important period of mourning. So sit back, enjoy your real coffee, comfort your Do Lou, for he surely feels a loss, too, and know that Crazy Horse is in good paws at the other side of the bridge. Stu sends greetings to Do Lou and we both send healing thoughts to you and your family.

Lisa, I am sorry you are going through this. It will take time to get over the worst of the pain. I'm glad you are getting out of the house and I hope you can get some sleep today. If Do Lou gets into scary greens, remember to come back and ask for help. Do Lou is doing so well - I'm glad you don't have to worry about high numbers in addition to your grief.

+ 6 146 made sure to be home by this time since this is lunch for him only picked one tick good for this time of year what purpose do they serve hate ticks :twisted: anyway the walk helped a little I am off to make some lunch I know I need to try to eat something we be back later to visit condos

((((((Lisa)))))) I'm so sorry to hear about Crazy Horse. It sounds like the walk did a little good, but I know the empty feeling. You have loved ones around you, at home and here, to comfort and support you. Take care of yourself and, see, Do Lou is giving you very good numbers to ease your worries.

See how his numbers look at shot time but you might want to skinny the 5.5u. Maybe we should start a little sneak down dosing.
 
Wow, your son brings you coffee AND feeds the cat? You're one lucky mama :-D I have one like that... at least sometimes he's like that :lol: yanno, when he wants somethin' ;-)

Don't worry about the number, he'll be down in no time.
 
Ok D will do and I have to work tomorrow and will not be here to do spot checks DH is home to look in on him and will be giving him lunch and I will have automat set
