Yesterday's Condo

Sammy finished off the day yesterday in GREEN under 80 all day. Love those numbers.

I am keeping the skinny .1u dose for now. and if he continues to see these GREAT numbers I will probably reduce to the Zero Line by the end of the week. That is unless he throws me a low before then.

I didn't run yesterday because my body was really sore from the 5.5 miles I ran/walked on Sunday, but I did walk 3-4 miles to keep everything moving. I am hoping I can muster up the strength to run again today. My goal by the end of summer is to get back to running a minimum of 5 miles (60 minutes) 3-4 days a week. And then do one long run of 8-10 miles on the weekend.

Hope everyone has a great day.

I really enjoyed Sammy's numbers yesterday and I was hoping for the same today, but at +7 he is at 96, I sort of hope that that is because he ate about 30 minutes prior to the test, and not that he went too low between +2 and +6.5. I just wasn't able to get home before +7 to get another test today, but Sammy had food available and ate on his own so I can be happy about that.

Well, I am not too thrilled with the BLUE at +1.5 tonight. Again I am wondering if he went too low this morning between +2 and +7. Does anyone have experience with this and do you know if this rise looks like that is a possibility? I don't know if the sugar would spike up after being too low or just slowly rise like this. I will still get a +4, +6 and possibly a +8 depending on the trend I see later this evening. Hopefully Sammy will be back on track tomorrow. I just don't know if this rise is due to the Skinny dose and if I should increase it back up a drop.

He's looking really good overall Tina. :) I think I'd wait and see where he is in the morning - as he doesn't seem to be prone to big bounces, it's possible he's gone lower this morning and just risen gradually since then. Rosa seemed to do that just once or twice after she stopped having full-on bounces.
