Another shocking morning. He was doing so well, do not know what is going on.

Is he getting. Snack at +9? He was down to the 50’s yesterday so an increase would not be safe.

That dive yesterday morning of almost 100 points would have triggered a bounce and this could be the high before the bounce breaks.

I leave food out for both my cats all night. I don’t usually get up at 5:00 a.m. and pull the food but it is almost always gone when I get up for the AMPS

If you could set an alarm for a +9 to make sure he eats we might just get rid of the pesky blue preshots. I think your other cats might be eating the food. You don’t need to worry about pulling the food 2 hours before. A working pancreas brings down the bg about 3 hours after eating. So tge important thing is that he eats at +9.

Could you lock him I’m a room where only he has access to food if an alarm won’t work?

I AM giving him a snack EVERY day at +9! I don’t think my other cat is eating Owen’s. Owen, even though he is smaller than my Pierre kitty, eats more.

I think since Kris is spending the night away from home right now a 4 am snack for Owen could be difficult? Kris could you lock Owen in your bedroom overnight and leave out plenty of food so he can snack at will? We are getting so close!!
