I am so happy with Jacks numbers. Tomorrow I will reduce him to .25 if all goes well today. All his P's are in order and he is in Scooters bed in a sunbeam and all is well.

Yesterday's shopping trip was NOT for new kitties. I can't even go near adoption centers anymore! I did however get some new litter sleds and more catnip along with food and litter. I am going to the garden center on the weekend to try and find some catnip to grow outside for the feral kids. I had forgotten how much fun it is for them all. I am so glad my friend from CA popped in and got me re-focused after Scooter passed. I think most of my attention was going to Scooter and his health and now I am much more available to the others. 13 indoor cats is still to much.

That's great Jack is doing so well. I think it's wonderful you take care of 13 indoor kitties and feral cats outside. At one point, I had 14 indoor kitties so I know how hard it can be to juggle everything. The love they give back makes it all worth it.

Knowing how hard it has been to care for just four (or five, a couple years ago) cats, I can only imagine the challenges with 13+!!! Even if all are healthy, you just can't give them the attention you want to, but you love them so much!! You are an incredible bean, Linda, and I bow down before you.

That are sick now. Little tater and grumpy Francis. The rest were in awful situations . I also have bear whose back was broken by a rocking chair. A kind person got him to my vet along with his sister and my vet saved him. The former owner wanted him back but alas my vet had already sent them to the shelter 90 miles away ( which was code for my house). Unless they see this post they will never know. I love my vet.
