One more reading coming tonight. I'm hoping the dose increase kicks in and shows us some low/mid 300's... Today's PMPS was a tick lower than we've seen in a while... Jeez - is it normal to obsess over minute changes in readings?

It"s absolutely normal to be obsessed with your cat's numbers. The only thing to remember though, is that Casper is a whole lot more than his numbers.
