Do you see anything clinically to co-relate with the bouts of higher numbers? For example tummy upsets etc?
It's good you are increasing every 3 days at the levels he is at.

Nothing seems different, which is what’s baffling to me. Only thing I can think of is maybe stress with our other kitty bothering him wanting to play, and he couldn’t care less as always lol.
