Morning All,

Poor Mr. Zeus was sick last night from one end of the bedroom to the other, and his BG this morning is 474. ohmygod_smile I can tell that he's not feeling well. I hope his numbers come down today. He did eat enough this morning for his shot.

Zeus seems to vomit a lot, much more often than any of my friends' cats, and more often than I read here on the board. It's really only been since he was dx FD. I've mentioned it to the Vet many times, but he hasn't seemed concerned about it. I can't help but think that this isn't normal. I wonder if I should switch food, I currently feed FF classics, but I Can't say if it happens more on one flavor vs. another.

And Miss Smokey... It's been 9 days on the transdermal gel for hyper-t. Today I noticed that she has a small spot on her ear where there is no fur. I dont know if that is just coincidence, have to keep an eye on it. I don't think that she is still pulling fur out as I haven't found little piles lately, so if the fur could grow back at the base of her tail, that would be great.

Today will be an errand day for me, it's supposed to be nice outside, so I will probably do some outside chores as well. Hope you all have a great day,

Hi Kathie, I'm so sorry to hear that Zeus is sick today and not eating well. That doesn't sound normal to be vomiting so much. Sending healing vines for Zeus and also appy vines. Did your Vet say it is okay to give Zeus some Pepcid for his tummy when he's sick? Mags got sick on some FF Beef, as I remember.

Hi there I'm Lucky mom is Linda, So sorry to hear your sick,have you tried a different food yet Friskies 1 of mine gets sick from it Lucky my FD Kitty doesn't, but they love Special Kitty from Wal-Mart and there low carb I put water with it they love it. Doesn't change his numbers Lucky does his ow thing when it comes to his ride MOL I hope Zeus feels better soon.Lucky is high today also. :smile:

I'm sorry Zeus is sick. I hope he starts feeling better and his numbers come down. Maybe you could try making a chart of when he throws up and what food you fed so you can see if it is one flavor of food that is causing his tummy to be upset. I think 1/4 tab of Pepcid AC might help. Does Zeus like pill pockets? I use them for Callie's Hyper-T pills. I just tear off a little piece. I don't use the whole pill pocket.
