Zener is very perky this morning. His walking is better today. He is eating well. I gave him a pill pocket with zobaline when he dropped at +1 since I'm expecting some action after a flat yellow cycle last night {anti-jinx}. He's had a couple of picnics and been on yard patrol. Poo patrol has been a little lax - maybe a report later.

Sending good dental vines to Morlei and Becky today and dental recovery vines to punkin and julie. Anne is off to Phoenix for a conference so I am Bean-In-Charge for a couple of days. Yay for Friday!

Nice AMPS there Zener. No drama today. Nice s l o w slide down to blue today. Great to hear that his walking is better today and he has done patrol a couple of times already. Sounds like all is right in Zman's world.

Hi Liz, good to hear Zener is on duty cept for the poo patrol being lax. I love his picnics. :-D Hopefully later for the poo thingy. I hope he gives you a nice slow and safe cycle today. Have a nice day, Liz.

Glad he enjoyed his picnic and yard patrol. As far as Inspector Poo, maybe she's taking Friday off? :lol:

Whooooo Hoooooooooooo! Go Zenner! Good job controlling the drop. When Tess has given us a couple of sessions of really hard to control numbers we usually shave too. You can always go back up if it doesn't hold.

CRAZY CAT!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: I have given him a total of 4.1 oz of 10%, 12.5 treats (normally 2 or 3 will send his BG zooming, we've been giving him 1/2 of one lately), 4 drops of karo, and 1 pill pocket. And still he's at 49 at +9.5. Is this more like a roaring pancreas instead of a sputtering one? Zener feels fine. He is outside, sitting on his metate, surveying his domain. :-D

Isn't that maddening, Liz? Checks did that to me yesterday. I kept giving small amts of carbs, so as not to make him zoom, and he just didn't want to raise those numbers.

I lost my nerve, shooting that 71 and am reconsidering the 74. I think I'll get another test in 20 mins. Zener and Tillie are both a little miffed at not getting their dinner. I am really glad that he's hungry, after all the carbs he got today.

Zener was so hungry tonight that he sat UP, when I brought his food over. Usually, he is reclining and he sticks his paw out (that's how we know he will eat :lol: :lol: ). What a strange day. We decided to shave his dose because he's gone below 50 once before at this dose and I had to give him a bunch of treats to keep him above 50. Even so, he slipped in a 49, that little rascal. He hasn't held a reduction below 1.5u so paws crossed that he likes this one.

I'm with Dyana, how about some nice, boring, flat blues? Good weekend, LL!
