The depot from the previous dose could still be impacting the numbers, but it's GREAT to see Tux get over the bounce so quickly! :-D I'm looking forward to seeing what the rest of the cycle looks like.

I fed a smaller amount at the AMPS, and a little bit more after the +1 and +2. I'll be stopping at the store later to get food slightly higher in carbs and see how that works.

Yikes Tux! Time to put on the breaks and surf a bit. Good idea to get something maybe 8-9% or even some medium carb for when he does those big drops. If you see a +1 like that you would give him a bit of higher carb and maybe slow those drops.

Thanks, Wendy! My plan is to run out and grab some of the higher stuff this afternoon. Unfortunately it takes a half hour to get to the store and another half hour to come back.

Do I keep the dosage at 1.75? I've been able to keep his numbers up feeding a tiny bit each time I've tested.
 
I would keep the same dose. It's likely there is still some influence from the 2.0 dose he had just yesterday. It can influence up to 4-6 cycles after a decrease. If you had difficultly keeping him up, that would have been different. However, I think Tux is looking great and it won't be too long before he decides he's done with this dose.

How cool is it that he cleared the bounce from that beautiful green cycle yesterday in a single cycle! Fingers crossed that the next reducie will be coming soon for him! (anti-jinx) :mrgreen:
