Thanks everyone for their responses yesterday. I am still playing "educate a vet". I understood we were sending his blood to MSU, via a third party lab to test for IGF-1 and IAA. Then this morning i get an email form the vet saying their lab doesnt do IAA so did I want him to look into that with MSU?? grrr- does that mean we are doing igf-1 in house?? Anyway I said do the IGF-1 first and we will see.

Tiggy was howling at the moon again last night but i threw him some toys to play with and that seemed to work...

Oh dear, I sure hope they can get that test done. Such a nice amps for Tiggy today. I hope he surfs nice for you today.

Tiggy's look great today. Love to see him back in that :mrgreen: :mrgreen: type of cycle.

MSU is the only place in North America that does the IAA and IGF-1 tests. When I had them done I told the vet exactly where she had to send the blood - one of the local vet labs had the tests listed on their website, but it was a different lab than my vet normally dealt with.
