Leo seems fine today but started out in the blues. Maybe the 13% carb food I've been feeding since yesterday afternoon is having an effect after all. Heading out to buy all the LC food I can find, wish me luck in finding something he will eat.
 
You should have TOLD Leo that you were going out for LC ... then maybe he would have showed you some lower numbers :woot::p

Jk jk! It isn’t a horrible start for Leo :) I hope he slides down nice and safely

I hope you find a food that Leo prefers.
I had to feed HC last night to Yoyo and his numbers are high today. Hmmmmm...I wonder if it's from the food or just him bouncing.

I just tried "Halo" Turkey & Duck " pate. Don't know if you have that where you're at? It's 5% carb & all 3 of my cats like it (for now)

Have you tried just using low or med carb? I never feed High carb unless Ravan's really low (40's) & doesn't come up with the 5-8% carb.

I'm not sure if we have Halo at the stores near me but if not, I will order some online. Thanks!
I wasn't trying to bring his numbers up. He felt pukey yesterday morning and then when he felt better and was hungry, he would't eat anything from the buffet of 5 different LC Weruva's so I mixed some 13% with the 1% and he ate it, then he decided he wouldn't eat the mix just the pure 13%. So that's what he ate from mid day yesterday till this morning. He's back in green so I don't think I can blame the 13% for the blue AM number.

I scooted out and bought some different brands of LC and MC. I'll be conducting some science experiments with Leo as my subject! LOL I think he's just fed up with the same LC all the time. I don't think he's very carb sensitive though, the last time I used 13% to keep him surfing so I could go out, didn't seem to make any difference in his numbers.

Thanks Debra. I saw that last night! I think I read somewhere that carbs can stick around for a couple of days??? I could be dreaming though. Hopefully Yoyo's just bouncing and he clears it soon. His numbers are looking really good, way more green with a touch of yellow!
